pinhole photograph

"One of my favorite aspects about pinhole photography is that it records the movement of people and things, but obscures their identity and leaves the viewer to try to figure out what is happening in the scene. In this image, my son is eating quesadillas for lunch."

camera"I used a Mamiya M645 1000S with a homemade pinhole constructed out of chipboard, glue and small piece of aluminum can that I punctured with a sewing needle. The 120 film used was Kodak Portra 160 that I developed in the Unicolor C41 kit. Exposure time was about 20 minutes."
